Your tuition fee includes tuition, fees and material fees depending on the program and term. Fees may vary depending on enrollment in certain minor or elective courses. Fees for future terms (if pricing has not yet been announced) are approximate, based on the current academic year’s fee structure.
The additional fee includes textbooks and a parking pass (if you park on campus). Additional excursions, training materials, equipment or clothing may be required. All costs associated with program requirements are the responsibility of the student.

A three-year graduate graphic design program is the perfect way to sharpen your design skills. During your studies you will develop a comprehensive understanding of design principles, choosing to specialize in communication design or advertising design. Various design electives will give you the opportunity to work in illustration, motion, interaction, web, book and environmental design for a well-rounded education.
With a three-year graduate program in graphic design, you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects in state-of-the-art laboratories and the strength of industry networks.
You will spend the first three semesters building a solid foundation in the core subjects of design, typography, production, digital applications, design drawing and design culture. In your fourth semester you will choose Communication Design, which prepares you for a career in corporate design, or Advertising Design, which prepares you for a career in an advertising agency. During this time you will continue to develop your applied skills through intensive study projects.
Graphic Design Diploma Program
In the final year of your program, you will immerse yourself in a major thesis or project where you will be able to bring together all the skills you have acquired during your studies. You will also attend professional practice classes that will prepare you for a smooth transition into the workplace.
Students with an overall grade of 3.3 or higher at the end of semester 4 and students with a B+ in the portfolio assignment (semester 5) will be eligible for internships in semester 6 (GRAF3017).
