Rachel Romasch Reese, owner of Ritter and Elite Re Estate Solutions in Daphne, said out-of-state buyers are attracted to Bdouin County because of its strategic coastal location and low cost of living. Buyers from places with higher taxes and a higher cost of living can find more real estate at better prices in Bdouin County. He said many of his customers come from states like California or Michigan.
