For your shrimp, wash them in cold water if they are fresh. I like mine with the head because the flavor is richer, but frozen is good too.
You can also replace the king crab legs with blue crabs. I would guess about 1½ per person.

I’m not sure about you, but I often lose the solution within a few months. Priorities change. Can’t help it. Such is life. No. So for the past few years I’ve been deciding to accept life as it is and only make short-term decisions. (one month or 2 month type).

If you are new to the South Beach Diet. This is a low carb, low sugar, high protein diet with lots of fresh produce, low protein, and low refined/sugary foods.
