The reverse mirror is a copy of your home, so you can see the same image if you hold the image up to the mirror. Everything, including the text, returns relative to the design. These types of drawings are often used to improve the original plans on the site, because the owner chooses to do so or because the site itself is limited. Note: The reverse mirror is only available with 5 or 8 copies. With Reproducible, a PDF or CAD product, you can mirror copy locally. Add: 5 replica sets to choose, only 4 mirrored sets should be allowed to choose. 8 replica sets selected, only 7 mirrored sets should be allowed to select.
You can only build one building from the plans unless you buy an “unlimited” plan set or multi-use license. Please call for details if interested in multiple designs. The design license is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Ranch Style House Plan
In addition to the house plans you order, you will also need a site plan that shows where the house will be located. You may need larger joists to accommodate the roof load of your area. A builder can often help with this. If your home does not have a sewer system, you may need to install a septic system. Many areas now have specific numbers of energy that must be met. This usually involves filling out a simple form that provides information about your home plans.
In some areas, a second step is required to ensure that your home plans comply with local regulations. Some areas of North America have very strict regulations. Examples include, but are not limited to, the earthquake-prone areas of California and the Pacific coast, and the hurricane-prone areas of Florida, the Gulf Coast, and the Carolinas. New York, New Jersey, Nevada, and parts of Illinois still require local inspection. If you are building in these areas, you must hire a state licensed engineer to review the project and provide additional drawings and calculations required by your department. If you’re not sure, the department will usually list everything you need to submit and get a building permit.
Also, the marketing plan does not have a professional certification. If required by your department, they will only accept a seal from a licensed professional in the state where you plan to build. In this case, you must take the house plan to a local engineer or architect for inspection and stamping. Also, plans used to build homes in Nevada must be drawn by a licensed Nevada architect.
